| Annotation: | Currently, the issue of formation of the resource potential of innovation-investment activity is still actual. Development of the mechanism of transformation of savings of the individuals into the investments determines the objective changes in the structure of investment resources. The most important task in solving the problems of innovative development of the economics is the effective use of the potential of personal financial resources as the best source of investments in the innovation. This article analyzes the potential of personal finance as the investment resources for the implementation of the Russian model of innovation development. |
