The role of the public-private partnership in the establishing and implementation of industrial policy

The author of the article has presented the value of the public-private partnership (PPP) in the establishing and implementation of the industrial policy. Peculiarities of PPP have been characterized. The necessity of its use for improvement of the system of management in economic and social areas in Russia has been presented. The author has provided the data regarding the spreading of PPP for resolution of the publicly important economic and social tasks in foreign countries and in Russia. Institutional environment of PPP management in Russia has been analyzed. The experience of PPP operation in Great Britain, some aspects of which can be used in Russia, has been reviewed.
