The role of public corporations in consolidation of the Russian capital

The article describes the main trends and forms of consolidation of the Russian capital at the present stage. The main stages and forms of the corporate relations development in the modern economics are identified. The meaning of the capitalization growth of the major industries of the Russian economics for their competitiveness in a globalized world economy is presented. The special role of the public investments in the consolidation of the domestic capital, which are realized in the form of the state-owned corporations, is underlined. Periodization of development of the corporate structures has been supplemented with the period or stage of development of the corporate model of the public sector of the Russian economics. The objective characteristic of this stage has been provided.
