Social and educational aspects of effective industrial policy in the RF

The possibilities and conditions of optimization of the management space, where basic social processes and relations are modeled have been investigated on the basis of structural compliance between the system and its environment. It has been demonstrated that industrial policy in the RF has to be directed not only on the market, but on social and human, information and communication resources, which provide for compliance between the industrial policy and development of the entire society connecting the rational regulation of management and the logic of socials life.
