Subjects of scheduled passenger bus services in Ukraine

The article deals with the legal regulation of the activity of the economic entities that participate in performance of the scheduled passenger bus transport in Ukraine. The article identifies the key players of this sphere, namely: carrier, bus station, the working body and analyzed their legal status. The attributes and characteristics associated with each of them, as well as the shortcomings of their legal definitions have been identified. The characteristic features of the working body activity have been analyzed; the main reasons of ineffectiveness of its work have been formulated. Additionally, the main reasons for the imperfection of the bidding procedure for its selection have been determined.
