The author has analyzed etymological origin of the term «service», as well as its definition in the regulatory-legislative enactments of the RF and the scientific literature. The concept «service» is located at the junction of two sciences – economics and the science of law; therefore the term embodies the elements of both sciences. The author has reviewed the term «service» with regards to the term «work»; and has come to conclusion that rendering service is impossible without the certain type of work; and in several cases performance of work involves the result of the rendered service that includes the performed work. |
