The article examines the main trends of the international experience having significant socio-cultural and educational value, analyzes the socio-psychological, philosophical and cultural, professional and pedagogical approaches that allow characterizing and interpreting the leading principles of establishing a universal meta-system for the adult continuous education; the stages of professional and personal development of a specialist in continuous education are determined; the levels of literacy and competence of a specialist are identified. The conclusions about the possibility of their effective implementation in the conditions of municipal entity are made. |
