Achieving economic growth and competitiveness in the real sector of economics of municipal districts of the Republic of Mordovia

The article examines the problems of transformation of the economic development quality of the municipal districts of the Republic of Mordovia, which implies increase in volume of production and services, reduction of the level poverty of rural population, innovative way of development, production of competitive products of higher quality. The quality of economic growth is analyzed; trends and macroeconomic aspects of the economic growth improvement are determined. The set of measures, which allows increasing the basic macroeconomic indicators of the rural areas development, is proposed in the article for overriding negative consequences of the economic growth rate reduction.
