The article examines the problem of the benefits formation in an organization. The necessity of taking into account the environmental factors in the benefits formation is substantiated. Definitions of the terms of benefits and guaranteed benefits are given. Technology of benefits formation in an organization is developed consisting of five stages. Correlation between the mechanism of formation of benefits and the approach to its formation is revealed. External environment and internal environment factors of an organization affecting the size and structure of benefits are pointed out. Recommendations for selection of the mechanism of benefits formation depending on factors of the internal environment factors are represented. |
