Foreign economic activity liberalization and degree of transparency of regional economy

The author substantiates necessity of the FEA (foreign economic activity) study as a factor of sustainable development of the regional economics; identifies the connection between the market model of development and liberalization of activity of the economic entities. Dependence of the further export development on utilization of natural competitive advantages and the state support of entrepreneurial entities of the import substitution sector is demonstrated. Consequences of expansion of foreign firmsproducers of goods resulted in reduction of production capacities loading, deterioration of financial situation of the industries sensitive to import, and an increase of the degree of transparency of the regional economics are revealed. Trends of changing the foreign trade orientation of the country from SIC to foreign states are determined. Processes affecting strengthening of the FEA of the economic entities functioning in new integration associations of EAEU and SCO are analyzed.
