The hypothesis of a growing influence of the regions on the formation of medium-term and long-term trajectories of growth of national economy is stated in the article. The cause of this effect consisting in the presence of qualitative and quantitative territorial differences is determined. Methodical innovations for evaluation and measurement of these influences are proposed, which consist in differentiation of the regions in GRP size, comparison of GRP growth rate and their mean root deviation. Hypothesis about the threshold nature of influence of the territorial differences in the formation of regional and national economy growth path consists in the fact that the larger is the GRP value of the territory, the lower is the variation in growth rates and, vice versa, the smaller is the regional economy, the higher is the mean root deviation in the rate of growth of its GRP. |
