Assessment of efficiency of the boiler house reconstruction project implementation within public-private partnership

The project of reconstruction of a boiler house in Novosibirsk is examined. It is noted that the power projects are often characterized by low investment appeal due to the features of industry, which demands search for the options of support of implementation of such projects. One of the most perspective directions is public-private partnership in the form of concession agreements. The regulatory and legal basis of concession agreements is given; the main signs of concession are revealed; calculations of integrated indicators of the boiler house reconstruction project for each of the parties of concession agreement are fulfilled; prospects of this form of the state and business interaction are shown.
