| Annotation: | The article examines features of innovative industries management. Based on the analysis of statistical data of implementation of innovative activities, the work formulated the priority directions of improvement of the innovative industries management system. Taking into account the modern conditions of implementation of innovative activity of the national economy, the conclusion about the necessity of development of the mechanism of adaptability of innovative industries is made. As a result the theoretical and methodological study of the essence of adaptive management, the sources of adaptability of innovative industries are identified. In conclusion, the characteristics and the advantages of adaptive management of innovative industries are systemized and justified. |
