Approaches to decreasing of production losses at enterprises of mechanical engineering

The conceptual structure of the system of production losses reduction at the micro-level of the mechanical engineering enterprises is proposed in the article based on the theoretical developments and good practices of the companies, which allows taking into account the production diversity and establishes prerequisites for significant increase of effectiveness of the production losses reduction processes. The three-dimensional matrix of attributability of the set of tools with the types of losses is proposed. The third dimension is implemented by means of coding of the types of resources and by placing codes in the matrix’s cells. Comparative characteristic of the methods of determination of the required resources volume for arrangement of the system of production losses reduction at the mechanical engineering enterprise: regulatory method, expert and resource ones. Algorithm of economic assessment of efficiency of introduction of the measures for production losses reduction in the mechanical engineering industry is proposed.
