Systematic study of expenses for personnel accountability

The article examines the essence and content of the value engineering analysis (VE). Practical modeling of personnel accountability was made by means of «1C:Enterprise 8.2» in notation IDEF0 using Case studies All Fusion process Modeler 7 (BPWin) based on typical configuration of the platform under consideration, which allows clearly documenting business processes reflecting actions required for implementation and control of resources, input parameters, as well as visualizing results (data, flows, documents, messages). Results of performed value engineering analysis of the human resources management in «1C:Enterprise» presented in MS Excel allows making qualitative assessment of expenses in time and cost parameters. ABC analysis of the cost items allows optimizing resources by means of concentration of activities at the most important business processes or resources saving of the least priority business processes.
