| Annotation: | The article analyzes theoretical bases of knowledge management in the organization. Modern theoretical approaches to the concept of knowledge are examined. The author’s definition of the term of knowledge management is provided. The essence of the meaning of knowledge organization is characterized. The author’s view on the process of knowledge management in the organization is presented. The ways of knowledge distribution in the organization is proposed and justified. Organizational barriers hindering the spread of knowledge are revealed. Conclusion regarding the knowledge as a resource of paramount importance for the individual, individual company and for economics as a whole is made. |
