Entrepreneurship legal relations: concept, prerequisites of emergence, structure and classification

The statement that the constitutional right of the citizens for entrepreneurial activity is implemented within the frame of stable legal structure, namely, legal relations, is reasoned in the article. Definition of the concept ‘entrepreneurship legal relations’ is given and material and legal prerequisites of its emergence are established based on the analysis. The structure of entrepreneurship legal relations is determined, according to which the subjects are individual entrepreneurs and (or) commercial companies; the object is business activity of the subjects for using property, selling goods, fulfilling work or rendering services; and the content is the subjective rights and legal duties of the subjects. Civil indicators of entrepreneurship legal relations are identified, on which basis their classification is carried out.
