Ways of ensuring fulfillment of the state contract

The article discusses the ways of ensuring fulfillment of the state contract, and analyzes their advantages and disadvantages in terms of appropriate ensuring of the state and private interests; additionally, the need for support of participation of small and medium-sized businesses and some other organizations in the state (municipal) procurement is identified. Based on the results of the overview, the author concludes that the use of the methods established by the law for ensuring fulfillment of the state contract is rather difficult and (or) entails the need for withdrawal of significant funds from the turnover; the list of applicable methods of enforcing fulfillment of obligations arising from the state contract is proposed to be expanded.
