Normative Consolidation of Forms of Direct Participation of the Population in Realization of Local Self-Government

The paper is devoted to the forms of participation of the population in local self-government and normative acts that make the participation possible. The focus of the paper is on the analysis of public hearings in the Russian Federation constituent entities.
