Reforms of Local Self-Govemment and Budgeting in the Russian Federation

The paper is devoted to the questions of legal regulation of budgeting. The author notes that nowadays reforms of local self-government and budgeting are carried out together to raise effectiveness and transparence of financial management at all the levels of the Russian Federation budget system.
