Annotation:

The object of research in the article is the design of scientific and vocational training in institutions of secondary vocational education of technical profile in the context of the introduction of new educational and professional standards. The purpose of the study is to theoretically substantiate the design of content modules and courses in the natural science and professional training of a specialist, depending on the profile and level of training, adapted to the new standards. The methodology of the presented research is based on the theory of modular learning, structuring the content of learning into separate elements, dynamism, flexibility, mindfulness of perspective, versatility of methodological consulting, and parity. The results of the study of the state and experience of designing and implementing scientific and vocational training in educational institutions of the Bryansk region, implementing a program of secondary vocational education of technical profile are presented. It is established that the design of training courses in colleges is considered in the context of modular and competence‑based approaches. Analysis shows that when designing curriculum content, the starting point is to determine the leading function of the academic subject. Findings. The alignment of developed professional standards with educational standards is accompanied by certain changes in the design of competently and professionally oriented content modules of natural science and vocational training at technical colleges and the use of modular training technology shifts the balance towards practical training, more fully taking into account the needs of employers who learn working profession as well as using Call of new educational technologies on the basis of actual production network. The modular technology of training provides for the management of the educational process in accordance with the requirements for graduate specialization, which allows reducing, and sometimes eliminating, the adaptation of a young specialist to a specific type of activity. The design of training courses based on modularity in the context of the integration of educational and professional standards is based on a number of basic methodological conditions: the use of modularity of vocational training, consideration of the professional orientation of training in a particular college, modelling of professional activity in the educational process, the use of the optimal ratio of theoretical and practical training (compliance with standard 60 to 40).
